I gained simple yet very important knowledge of managing various aspects in life and how everything from food to sleep to character can drastically have an impact all together.
It was indeed a great session ,I have learnt lots of healthy behavior, and to maintain those via goal setting arc model. Got to know many people and was able to connect with them.
Science and spirituality are well connected and it’s important to make time for yourself in every aspect of life in order to live life to the fullest without having stress over take your life. Eating a healthy diet, exercise, sleeping, meditating, journaling and letters of forgiveness are an important part of living a healthy physical and mental life.
Insight into some of the important brain and endocrine gland functions, learning about the relaxation response, importance of breathing right, one or two breathing and meditation techniques. We learned quite a bit from each other during discussions.

How to build resiliency and relaxation.The best diet advice I learnt and mindful eating and some basic facts about sleep and unconditional forgiveness improves mortality .Ikigai : how it helps us to live longer ,improves our memory and better cognitive functions.
Being more Mindful of whatever I do and know many things I have lost focus in trying to multitask most of the times. Writing the reflection sheets brought back many sweet memories and a lot of introspection.
Walking vs running, Breathing exercises, Benefits and insights from group activities, making fitness / living be inclusive of exercise with a minimum change of lifestyle, good food habits, good sleep habits, good exercise habits, good relaxing habits - and how all of the above can be completed regularly as part of a day's routine, with minimal change and making it consistent and habitual.
Setting aside some time for oneself is very important, both for inner contemplation and assessing ones own weaknesses and strengths.
